Just thought I would start a training log here for myself...
I'll be posting my workouts for anyone interested.

Just an easy day to get back into the groove...been about 3 weeks since I've last lifted...the holiday meals and the armchair quarterbacking were not nice to me...
30 minutes on the eliptical....

2x10 sets, paused incline situps...

Those weeks off killed me...I'm lifting at least 20lbs less than I did just three weeks ago...I can feel it...
As well, being sick those 2-3 days didn't help...
Could also be nutritional...I'm probably not eating enough cals...
I think I just need to backoff a bit...doing too much, too soon.

Could you explain each of these terms to those of us that are uninitiated?
I mean - the flat bench and rope pushdowns are kinda self-explanatory...
