NOT that it's a big deal, but they desperately needed help (it's been over 2 weeks! lol), and I just love sitting there & relaxing while they work on them....now I've got nice pretty nails...I picked a shimmery coral/pink this time....

I used to love to get my nails done...but hated trying to find someone to watch the kids.

For some reason, my DH would ALWAYS complain about how long it took to get my nails done. He'd say "go ahead babe, get your nails done. I'll watch the kids." But the moment I walked back in the door, he would have to say something about how long it took. He couldn't help himself! It was like he resented my time away or something. Anyway, he made me nuts so I stopped going.

I just got done scrubbing my floors down on my hands and knees. My nails are awful! I can't remember the last time I actually took the time to paint them nicely. I've never had them professionally done. No biggie for me. :D Congrats, Deb! :bounce:

Yikes, I can't see how that is relaxing. It was really painful when I went to have mine done! It was almost worth it though; they looked really nice.

OH! I used to go to this place where they gave me a hand massage and rubbed my shoulders when they were done doing my nails. That was relaxing.

See for me, that's the most painful part. I practically had to fend the lady off with my purse...

wow....they don't do that where I go! Maybe I need to look around!! :bike:
