I was in an eschatology forum on another website, and one of the topics was "Indigo Children"....I had never heard of the term or anything, so I did a search on it.
Basically are saying that these children represent a new kind of evolution of humanity...alot of it is 'new-agey" stuff, and I can't really tell why the concern all of a sudden in the eschatology forum?
I guess I just wanted to see if anyone else had heard of this, or was aware/familiar with it?

Link 1Link 2 I think the concern in the eschetology forum may have been because the new agey stuff is infringing on Christianity. Also since eschetoloy is the study of religion, the new agey stuff is a type of religion. I only read part of the first link, but with people believing those kinds of things and it spreading rapidly like on the internet, many Christians will,no doubt, be deceived and begin believing these things. I was talking to my husband yeaterday about things that Christians used to know were wrong, but are now quite accepting of and participate in. (Specifically we were talking about gambling.) As the Christian Church is further broken down and denominated into thousanda of sects, the distance from Truth becomes more apparent and we have begun seeing Christians participate in these kinds of things. I think that it is important for Christians to discuss and be aware of such ideas as "aura evolution" because we may be encountered with this at some point. We need to know the enemy so that we will be aware of what is going on and what our children may come into contact with. We must not remain ignorant. I know many Christians, including my sister, feel that all they need to know about is their own beliefs. But I think that we should be aware of these wrong teachings so that we may be able to show mercy more easily. Our understanding of these things may help us at some point.
