Does anyone know how to remove Sharpie marker from clothing??

I hadn't a clue, maybe stuff like oxyclean er the like, but if it's set up, it might be done for I donno.
Hairspray, shout, rubbing alcohol, Dawn dish detergent..........most say you have to treat, scrub, rinse, repeat........good luck, here's the link:

OS got Sharpie on his shirt last year from school. I treated it with OxyClean and Shout a few times. The stain stayed :) but was slight lighter.
He still wore the shirt and after about 6 months of washing it finally mostly disappeared. If I look closely I can still see it.
