I couldn't live with myself if i didn't. There really wasn't much they could have done, but someone whould have at least went to the man and tried to talk to him or try to see if he was even still alive..until an ambulance arrived..

Nobody even bothered to call the cops or an ambulance one just happened to stop on their way to another call
If you ever Witness something liek this the most basic thing you need to know... any major bleeding DIRECT PRESSURE SAVES LIVES

Even if there wasn't much I could do, I would at least be next to him/her talking to them, praying over them, letting them know help was coming...

I would absolutely positively stop ...no question. I just don't understand how people could just stand by.
Interesting String, the report we got over here was that no one even called. Maybe they were just referring to the people they could see on the video :dunno:

And so what if people called 911? They could take the time to call 911 but couldn't take the time to comfort him?? :nono:
