Title: Finally...

Honey - May 27, 2008 11:57 PM (GMT)
Had an Amish guy come up to us today to inform us that their high-powered electrical fencing will be activated! Hopefully none of their cows will come stomping all over our yard this year. We've had that happen once so far. And those were the neighbours a ways down the road. 6 Holsteins....just waiting to be BBQed......:hmm:

I thought the Amish didn't use electricity - or are they "modern" Amish? :D

I believe they're running it off a generator. These guys don't have electricity. They have washing machines too....so yeah, I guess they are the "modern" type. A couple even have LED lights on their buggies.

Live cows from a distance. Dead cows on my plate. I don't trust any critter with four legs and bigger than me. :cowboy:

Yeah, it's waaay old. To me. :P I've been teased about my height since way back when.

Funny, I met several people over the weekend who were MUCH shorter than I am. I felt TALL! :D

I know the feeling, I'm not exactly on the tall side myself
