I have a ton of eggs right now that I need to use. So give me your best egg recipes!
Make a quiche! Or two!
I don't really have egg recipes...
Deviled Eggs are yummy
FLAN
2 cans of condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
8 eggs
1 tbsp. of vanilla extract
SYRUP
1/2 c. sugar
Water
Mix all Flan ingredients together until well mixed, set aside.
Make Caramel Syrup: Put 4 tablespoons of water, 1/2 cup sugar in flan or Bundt mold, on medium heat until golden brown as syrup thickens turn mold to coat the entire mold.
Strain entire flan mixture and add to mold. Put mold on double boiler in oven at 400 degrees for approximately 1 hour covered with aluminum foil.
Cool and enjoy. Keep refrigerated.
Fritata's are also yummy :)
What I would like to know is - why you have so many eggs...

Ever made a pavlova? It's an Aussie dessert.
http://www.aussie-info.com/identity/food/pavlova.phpI couldn't get the link thingy to work. It always gives me an error message that says I must enter a URL and a title but it doesn't let get anywhere. Anyway this is one of my favorite desserts.
You can then use all the egg yolks in cakes or omlettes.
Here's another pic
