I've got a huge bush out back that needs to be used up.

http://www.tasteofhome.com/You can do an advances recipe search with rhubarb. I just did one and came up with a ton of recipes. . . . I love rhubarb. There's a restaurant around here that serves huge rolls and fresh strawberry rhubarb sauce to dip or pour over the rolls. . . mmm so good.

I like rhubarb crumble. Gotta make sure you use enough sugar though. Serve with custard or ice cream.

It's a big bush. Due for a trimming today. Hubby wants me to make pie....I might.

I had it one time when I was in england.. thought it was a pile of crap personally.. but it could have jes been Sarah's uncles cookin... might havta try it agin one these days

That wasn't a good version of it. I've had much, much better. He didn't use enough sugar so it was way too sour.

If you're baking it, then yes, you need quite a bit of sugar. Sometimes I'll just eat the stalks raw. B)
