Domestic partnerships are not a good enough substitute for marriage, the justices ruled 4-3 in an opinion written by Chief Justice Ron George.

Once again it doesn't matter what the people as a whole think - only the voices of a select few. Voting on an issues has become a farce.

The only political hope to stop this growing corruption of marriage is an amendment to the constitution of each state, or the Federal Constitution, but if the Democrats become the majority, we can kiss that hope goodbye.
We must better understand that our rights come from God, not judges or politicians. They cannot legitimately give rights that oppose the moral law of God.

Even an amendment can be repealed at a later date.

Not by some fracked up court though.... that requires the legislature to do it. It doesn't matter anyways since the PEOPLE already voted on this an said they wanted the ban.. yet 4 lawyers an 7 judges decided for the ENTIRE CA population... that's why there is already a ballot itinitve in the works.

We knew this was coming. We already have petitions to add the issue on the upcoming ballot.
California did vote to clarify the wording years ago but there was a loophole in the wording and hence, won't stand up.
