Been very depressed today...I probaly think too much about the realities of life and its gotten me quite down. I'm feeling a little better, but still feel quite cruddy. What do you do to get out of the funk if and when you ever get into one?

Nothing better than a dealing out sniper head-shot to relieve the blahs in life....

Nothing. I just go blaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh.

Go for a lengthy walk in the sunshine.

Go out walking.
Go out for coffee.
Go lay down.
Blast music.
Talk to some good friends :)

I try to count my blessings.......but I think I'm going to take Squat's advice & play a beat-em-up video game with Ty. :nod:

It was funny, when I had to go through so much stress and feeling real depressed when we had school issues, I ALWAYS felt better after watching Pearl Harbor or some other violent movie.

I tend to do this as well but if I can get with friends that usually helps.

I sometimes waste time in front of the tv but I dont advise that 'cos then I usually feel worse for being a lazy cow :bored:

You got me on a blaaaah day too....ever since I saw my ex at my daughter's pre ball party and came away feeling ugly again.

It really annoys me that he still has that effect on me!!
