What are some meals that freeze well and taste good reheated (nuked)?

Need something that reheats fast cos I want to make meals for the truck for Louis now that he has an extra freezer and he can't run his microwave that long.

Stews with meat and vegies. That way he gets a balanced meal in one dish

A number of casseroles will do it. You just have to be careful which vegies you put in 'cos some of them get watery when defrosted.

As far as taking forever to reheat, that's onlyif you try to reheat from frozen. If he takes it out of the freezer earlier, it can defrost first and then he only needs to nuke it to warm it up.

In an ideal world Louis would plan ahead and take things out to defrost but I think that's unlikely to happen.
