This is not anythin to do wit airin dirty laundry ordeal that I have been accused of in the past, but I am very upset.

I got upset Monday, I have tried an tried to git un upset since Tuesday er so... it jes ain't workin...

An issue arose, agin.. it's sumthin that's happened many times in the past, I've gotten upset in the past, but I am really upset an I thought I would git over it today... buuuuutttttt... silly stupid stuff happened agin an of course I'm frownin an upset agin. I have no outlet, it's really that simple, I don't have any outlet to blow off the steam an it jes keeps buildin, I've had a headache since Monday, the damn thin will nto leave no matter how many pills I pop an I jes do not know how to deal wit it, any an ever way I have tried in the past to deal wit it doesn't do me any good, infact I jes git in more trouble is what happens.

I feel so insanely trapped an I haven't got a clue how to deal wit anythin. I tell someone I'm upset, this is why I am upset, an all I ever git back is "I understand". Ok, well I'm thrilled you understand, but, can we move past understandin an stop doin it?!?

I've talked bout this in the past an I'm not interested in bashin anyone, but I would jes love to resolve thins, I mean seriously resolve thins, come to a meetin place an compromise er sumthin!! but for the moment I would jes be happy wit gittin past bein upset at the moment....
