I haven't actually thrown up yet, but tend to have more of an underlying nausea all the time...unless I eat a big meal....Is that normal? I have also heard that you have more nausea with girls than with boys. Is that true? Could this mean that since I have so far been able to control my nausea (I may be speaking too soon since it is still early) that the chances of this being a boy are greater?

I donno bout that... so far as I can recall Sarah was more nasitius wit Liam then she was wit Kat, but I wouldn't go anywhere to say this is normal er that isn't when your this early along anyways

I didn't throw up with any of my kids, but did have queasiness throughout the first trimester with all 3. I had to eat constantly until early afternoon, and then it was okay.

Yeah, I didn't throw up withany of the kids but had to eat very frequently to keep the nausea at bay.

My main problem was constant runny nose, though. Walking around with tampons shoved up my nose....

I had underlying nausea constantly until the last trimester. Peppermint helped me the most, either the candy or even the smell of it......peppermint mouthwash (I sniffed that like an addict! lol), or you could buy peppermint oil.

Ginger ale & saltine crackers helped me as well.
