They said on the radio a few times this mornin that Obama won the state in a "landslide" well I jes heard that they ACTUALLY won wit 61% of the vote... since when did 61% of the vote git to be a landslide?

Personnaly, an thankfully, I don't think Hillary will git the nomination, but thins hang in the balance wit the whole FL an MI ordeal. Seems like NOW... someone on Hillaries team is cryin fowl etc, even though she didn't "pull er name off the ballot" like many of the others an Obamam did if I recall correctly. We'll see, but I don't think, like some are sayin that a ticket wit both thier names on it regardless of who is on top, has a chance of success. I would agree that that would be a bad idea, an I think if Hillary was really serious bout runnin she should have already backed out an tried agin in four er 8 years. But if she keeps pushin an actually loses the nomination, I'm not sure she'd even be considered next time ya know.

I think this is a one shot deal with Hillary. Either she gets the nomination this time or she doesn't ever get it.

The Democrats have a history (well in the past 50 years at least) of not recycling candidates that get deep into the nomination process. Basically you drop out early one time to run again, or you go for it all this time. Take John Edwards for example, he came in second last time (and even got the VP spot) but he couldn't get much traction this time.

well Who got the other 39 percent was it jsut between 2 people or were there more?

If it's 61 and 10 12 15 then yes it's a landslide....

It was just between Obama & Clinton, I do believe~ :)

Yeah, I think Deb's right, if I understand corretly it was jes between those two, but there is also no tellin how many locals, er independets etc were on thier ballot. Thanks to the media, they choose are canadits as it is for the most part, you never hear bout anyone who isn't in bed wit the media anyways.

I understand what your sayin Raspy, it could have been a land slide, I didn't actually hear what hillary got on the vote, but if she got 39% an he got the 61% I'm not sure I would have called that a land slide, but that might jes be me.

Obama got 61%, Clinton got 37%. Does that constitute a landslide? Discuss.... B)

Personnaly, I would say that an 80-20 would be more like a land slide then jes over 50, an I kinda feel that 61 is jes over half er jes over 50, not sumthin I would call a landslide personnaly
