Our district attorney is a complete idiot, has been proven over an over agin he's corrupt an jes screwin tax payers badly, well he was finally voted out of office yeserday.. buttttttt...... he's left this lil bitty county wit a bill of half a million dollars in law suit expenses of filed law suits over jes shear crap.. he's sued the county officals etc over an over agin for all kinds of crap. Well.. mysef an a couple others have been talkin, should we file a law suit aginst him jes to pay off the law suit moneies that he created? Should we file the suit jes to protect us from havin to foot the bill of his stupidity?

In honesty, it would be won hands down, he couldn't er wouldn't pay it no doubt, but if it could jes in some way be written off so we don't end up havin to pay it would be better. Many of the pendin suits is where the money has come from, so alot of those might actually be thrown out an no more money incurred on em, but there's still several thousands of dollars hangin over us tax payers.. an of course, ONLY the property owners... not any of the jerks on wellfare etc, but jes a few hundread property owners are goin to havta foot that bill. So what do you think? Is this a thin as a Christian we should be thinkin bout doin?

I think the first question to ask is this: who is going to pay the cost of your lawsuit?

Well, the good thin bout that is, there's a 125 dollar fillin fee, but the attorney we'd use does this for free from his office, long ... really long story, but the attorney used to be the district attonrey of the county an he was voted out in place of this guy, it's all politics, well years ago this attorney named Gus, went up against this organized drug ordeal. Least this is the sotry, next term he was voted out an the druggies sposedly brought in this district attorney. They are gone, an all of a sudden this term this guy is out as well. Infact, beatin in a land slide. So there's bad blood an Gus has taken ever oppurtinity to nail this guy to the wall an has on many occasions. But le's jes say that we had to pay 250,000 in legal fees to git this settled. Isn't that still better then havin to pay out 500,000 in debts that this guy incurred?
