I desperatly need to add onto our house.. that er find an then buy a mobile home to stick beside our house... but.. does anyone happen to know er could find out er direct me where I could find out what the goin price per sq/ft is in this area?

The one quote I got for wood framin wit 2x6 rafters an floor frame works out to bout 21 dollars a sqaure foot... that seems insanely under bid... so I'd like to see what the goin rate is. I can say though, this isn't construction to completion, it's a shell that I'll come back an finish as an when I can type thin. Not sure if that's why the price sounds 'to good to be true' er not.

Prolly got some mexicans from outside home depot doing the labor.....
