Some of ya might er might not know, back in 1998 I whacked off my index finger on my left hand, ended up wit like three pins in it to hold the bones altogeather an I still have a pin in the end of my finger... trust me.. it's ALOT of fun when workin wit electrictiy... I whacked my finger today an I think I bent the end of the pin... it really hurts.. that er I broke the end of my finger agin... there's not much bone left there as it is, but the sorry bas**** hurts like the dickens!

Naw...this is a good one...

I have a titanium plate in my right hand...

About 12-13 years ago I punched a dude in the forehead and got a compound fracture of the right index bone from the wrist to the finger....a "boxer's break"

I went back to work too early, not letting it heal appropriately (and working in a warehouse at the time) and broke the darn plate and the bone AGAIN....

Now, my right index finger is kinda crooked cause the bone in my hand didn't heal straight...and I have a 4 inch scar on the top of my hand.


When I die...I want my son to take the metal outta my ashes and make some kind of jewelry from it...like a cross or something.

Go to the doctor and get it checked out man!!! If something is wrong you certainly don't want to be a dufus and avoid going to the doctor and let infection set in!

awww you won't git an infection from that... less it's an open wound. besides.. I'm broke LOL, ya have any idea what an x-ray costs these days??

I member right after they stuck my finger back on, a week er so later when I was "sposed" to be on light duty, I hit the tarnation out of the thin an bent it backwards, actually didn't really hurt, but ya know how they say 'sticks out like a sore thumb'? hehe my index finger was pointin pert near backwards an upward. I thought they was goin to havta redo the surgery on it, the doc jes hit me wit numbin stuff then took a .. fancy tool.. looked like pliers to me lol an bent it back, took some more x-rays then said it looked like it would be fine, but then he put me in a big splint deal that could take some more punishment then the bandage.

I've done this once before, jes the end of my finger where I've hit it an tweaked the pin jes a lil bit an it hurts for a month er so but then seems to quit. So long as I didn't chip off more bone it'll be ok, that was another surgery long time back where some of the end of my finger was jes scattered an had to have the pieces taken out. Lots of fun :)
