Title: Clinton or Obama?
Description: MD Primary Tomorrow

sf49erfan - February 11, 2008 05:01 PM (GMT)
Okay, so here's the deal John Edwards has dropped out so I need a new candidate for tomorrow's primary election. As a registered Democrat I can only vote in the Democratic election (Maryland's primaries are closed - no voting in the other party, independents can't vote in the primary).

So who should I vote for Clinton or Obama?

If those were my only choices then personally I wouldn't vote!

RooMama - February 11, 2008 06:53 PM (GMT)
I find Obama much more palatable than Clinton.

Gee, what a choice! I'm glad not to be in your shoes..

Of course I know nothing of Obama, but know enough of clinton to know that she's bad news... :nono:

andiesmama - February 11, 2008 07:39 PM (GMT)
Neither.............

Kinda like saying do I want to eat horse poop, or dog poop....

Guess I'd go with horse poop and pick Obama.

I thought this would be the Democraps year given the bad press of Bush....

BUT

Clinton is a just plain evil and everyone knows it (can you say 24/7 PMS) PLUS she's a female, and Obama has the absolute WORST name for an American President....you'd think the Donkey's would realize there's a problem there and promote a bit more, ah...normal type person....sheesh, guess normal just isn't a word to associate with the Democratic party.

Ok. I'm home from a moms night out with some moms from OS school. :booyah: and I wanted to clarify.
If I were a Republican, I would vote for HIllary. She flip flops so much that she might work to our advantage :P
If I were voting as a Dem, I'd go for Obama. :P

Quite a few Republicans changed their parties to be able to vote for Obama and b/c they are tired of the war and Bush.
I've also read/seen, quite a few Republicans are not happy with the Republican candidates so they've switched...
Hillary is a Dem. As a Republican voter, I would hope she gets the nomination b/c #1. I think McCain might have a good chance to win if she is the Dem rep but also like I mentioned earlier she's flip flopped so much in the last years as Senator that it just might work :P If Obama gets the nomination he has so many Republicans and Dems behind him I can't see anyone else winning.

John Edwards was still on the ballot, so I voted for him.

Umm if those were my choices I'd take a tackhammer to me forehead....

Then again I don't really pay much attention to politics.....

I'd prolly go Obama jsut because I dislike the Clintons so.....
