Where ya ladies hidin'?
I made my first batch of "GF" bread today, although I don't think it's totally gluten-free. Powdered milk was a "dairy" product. Oh, well. Still turned out really good.

My mom had a friend who had that disease where your diet has to be gluten-free.
She'd always buy the gluten-free bread for when she came to visit, I tried it once.......
Bet yours is better!!

What makes you say that her bread was  ? Did it have like a chalky texture to it? I'm finding that it does feel kinda dry which would make sense because all the "gluey" stuff is removed.
Her disease is called celiac disease. B) Not sure if Isaiah has that, but it doesn't hurt to try the GF diet.

Celiac disease, that's it!!
Yeah, the bread tasted chalky, kind of, and was really dense but crumbly if that makes sense....... :dunno:

Yeah, I'm reading that toasting it is the best way to get it down the hatch. Good thing we all love toast! :D
