I don't think I've ever had one. At least I've never gone to the doctor for anything like that and got diagnosed.

I had a severe one shortly after I had Isaiah. Totally hormonal. NOT fun! :sick: Since then, I had one pretty much with all the pregnancies.
I've been downing the green tea and cutting way back on sugary junk. Must be working! :booyah:

I was worried I would get one after Liam was born and I got mastitis when he was two weeks old and was on anti-biotics. Praise God I didn't!
