I thought the price was good. My dream dress was $1,200 and I still regret not getting it. It was short sleeved and my mom gave me grief about it because we were getting married in October. So?! SO?! :wall:

Sarah will not be able to wear my dress. I would guess that she's going to be taller than me by the time she's in the 7th grade. :D

Then your mom would've had a heart attack if she had seen my sister's dress...you know, she just got married a couple months ago...10/29...in eastern Kentucky...her dress was a HALTER dress!! lol And...well, you saw my bridesmaid's dress...

I know, really it IS a good price...I'm just spoiled because I wore MY mom's dress and all it cost me was $200 in alterations!! :shakeit:

I like the design on the dress. But where are the sleeves? To me, a wedding dress has to have sleeves...just a peeve of mine. Other than that, it looks real good!

Pretty!

LOL I got married in jeans.

Did she buy it yet?

If she hasn't DaVinci Bridal offers an almost identical dress for about $830. It's style F8029. Here it is on Bridesave for $609. Or House of Brides for $515!

I also love the Mon Cheri version. It is to die for.

Thanks ladies! Nope, gracefaith, she didn't buy it yet.

I guess, since she and her fiance have been courting for a while it was assumed they'd be married so that's why she's got a lot of things picked out already.

Now I'm going to have a heart attack over how much my kids' clothes are going to cost for this wedding.

Lynn, I modified my above post. Maybe it will help cut costs a bit.

WOW!! That's awesome!! Thank you! I'll pass it along to her today!

I love a good deal. I got my wedding dress at a Jessica McClintock outlet for $300.

She knew about this. She said there's something different about the waist that she didn't like, but she didnt' try this on. She's up for a bargain though. I told her to try and negotiate the price, because I know you can. She said it went on sale recently for $200 off, so I'm sure they'll negotiate with her.
