That's interesting. It seems it would be easy to do, too.
Here's my thinking:
1 - Wrap a heater hose around your exhaust to absorb some of the heat.
2 - Guide that heater hose through a turbine.
Now, how would you add the energy from that turbine to the massive energy from the engine? Gear reduction wouldn't be enough, would it?
