Sports bra's help. GOOD sports bras with support not cheapy ones.
I'm pretty sure most women know a REGULAR bra wouldn't support much while running...you can even 'feel' breasts moving more in a regular bra.

I know it, but I STILL don't think mine would weigh 6 pounds, even all together! I've got hand weights that are a whopping 2 pounds each, and even one of THOSE feels heavier than one of my breasts....... :blink: ............I think............

Running is a big sport in my town. So is biking BUT a good sports bra holds them all in and is NOT painful... :wave:
