Title: Cleaning!?!?!?!

Do you have a cleaning schedule? My house is getting better, but lack of space and storage room makes things really difficult to keep things clean and neat. I am thinking of making a cleaning schedule....

I do my MAJOR cleaning on Thursdays or Fridays and fix up daily. BUt TH/Fri is my toilet/bath/vacuum/dust/mop day ALTHOUGH if needed I'll do it before hand.
I wipe down the kitchen daily (after dinner and sometimes after lunch) and sweep 2x/day usually...

I do! **ahem**
Mondays -- clean bathrooms; wash towels
Tuesdays -- grocery store; dust
Wednesdays -- laundry (clothes), which usually takes me ALL day long, but at least I get it over with in one day!!
Thursdays -- ironing (Ty's work shirts); more or less a "free day"
Fridays -- vacuum bedrooms; sweep & mop tile
Every day I clean the kitchen, I guess I get that from when I did Flylady....."shiny sink" & all that.
So usually my weekends are free, I don't have housework hanging over my head.

I don't have a set schedule, although I REALLY should set one up....

Now that I have been doing school regularly, I am not gatting anything finished. The house was coming together, but I decided a couple of hours ago that it looks like crap because I am devoting so much time to my children... :( I have to figure out how to get all the schooling done, all the housework, and get dinner ready on time...My husband usually will help with dinner when he gets home, but not without complaining..Keep in mind that he gets home at 3:15 and wants dinner no long after that..  :wall: VERY incionvenient for me...
I have to figure out how to get everything done...:sigh:

Use your slow cooker. Start it in the morning and by 3 it should be done!

Cleaning schedules are awesome, but sometimes it just takes time to work it out String.
Crockpots are great. Or cooking a couple of extra meals at once, like on Saturday and Sunday and then serving them during the week. But you also have to try, and I know how hard this is, to get the kids to work in your schedule. Like I'll tell mine, 'look, I need to do this right now and then we'll do that.' They're pretty good about it. And I probably have about as much space as you. So I know how hard it is to keep a cluttered space clean. As a matter of fact, I'm putting off cleaning the clutter of my living room right now!

I really should get myself on a schedule. With waking at 4 for husband (which I still hate and often resent :nono: ) my daily time gets totally messed up if I chose to go back to bed after he leaves, because I usually won't get up until about 8. :hide:
I often get so tired when I do stay up after he leaves...
I guess I really need to figure it all out and what works for me...10 to 1 its something like Vivarin :wall:
