is dying and probably isnt going be around much longer . :( this has sure been a lousy year first my grandma and now my favorite cat :(

i'm not sure exactly but I think hes around 10-12 years hes had a hard life and hes just not doing well but is still alive so far .I dont know what I will do with out him.He was born in our old house before we moved to vancouver so we've had his and his brother since he was a kitten.Its just turning into a lousy week first my grandmas 70th birthday would of been saturday and now this.What is next ?

Sweetie, one thing I learned about this whole deal with my mom..........we can't worry about "what next"..........rather, we concern ourselves with the "right now", and rest in the fact that God will give us the grace, comfort, support we need to make it through one day or moment at a time.

I know how you feel. We had a black cat for 11 (or was it 13?) years. That's an awful long time and you do get attached. It's tough. You hang in there. :hug:

its so hard i just want to cry and cry hes still hanging on but I know it wont be much longer hes not eating or drinking hes just laying in incredibly weird places and hardly moves i am not sure exactly how old he is but I know he is up there I am trying to remember hes had it rough life his brother from the same litter is doing fine i am just worried once fluffy dies if it will effect andy cuz theyve never been apart any ways I appreciate your prayers and kind words.

well we just got back from the vets ,we took him to make sure every thing was fine and he was just old but it turns out he was not just old and dying he had very severe chronic kidney infections and his kidneys were failing and he had really bad ulcers in his mouth that was causing bacteria and they wouldnt let us bring him home and the cost for him to be in the ICU animal hospital would of been almost 2000 plus he would of had to have on going care for his teeth and there was no guarentee so we had to put him to sleep. :( we're having him cremated cuz we dont have any where to bury him here and we dont have a freezer to preserve him til we go back to omak next summer we will bury him there thats where he lived all but a year of his life. any ways thats all .
