Title: Water

I am reading that a lot of you are drinking X number of bottles a day. Do you find it easier to drink pre-bottled water as opposed to tap or filtered water from your kitchen? I do, but we can't really afford to buy bottled water all the time..Any suggestions how I might be able to reconcile this? I am thinking of filling bottles with my filtered water and refrigerating them, but my husband keeps throwing my bottles out or griping about them.. :wall:

I find it much easier to keep track with bottles.

Uh, start hiding the bottles where he won't see them?

Not possible...Remember I have a small house..Its just the empties that bug him, like when they are waiting to be washed... Of course if I washed them immediately and refilled them it probably wouldnt' be a problem...

Maybe you could use a measuring cup to measure how much you drink? That's what I use when I drink my green tea. Fill up the big 4 cup and just drink all that.

I buy one big water bottle (33 oz-64 oz depending what's on sale) and refill the bottle throughout the day. At the end of the day, I wash it, refill it for the next day and do the same cycle. I replace the bottle when it needs it...It usually lasts about 2 weeks with me :thanks:

I'll try that..I like the smaller bottles, but for space purposes I'll try a big one.. Thanks!!
