:wave: I started a juicing fast yesterday. Had an apple/pear/lemon/orange juice for lunch then a spinach/ginger/cucumber for dinner and for dessert I had watermelon/grape.

For breakfast today I had an apple/beet/spinach concoction. Lunch was celery/cucumber. Dinner was Tomato/green bell pepper/cucumber.
I FEEL CRAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I haven't had a good bowel movement, I have a huge headache and I almost hurled last night :nono:
What's the point?

Good question....what IS the point? :dunno:

I'd just go to the natural store and buy a good detox...but that's just me. :P

Yeah...
Last night I got hit with a migraine and was on the couch while DH got the kiddo's ready for bed and cleaned up the kitchen. :shh: While I laid there, lights off, no noise, ice pack over my head, shivering with a fever while it was 90 degrees outside, he researched and told me that if he read if headaches consist to get off of it. So we agreed I'd stop today :) Finally had a bowel movement at night though...:yay: :shh:
It's been a terrible experience though. I thought I'd feel great with more energy etc. I apparently had the more neg. side effects. Lethargy, headaches, crankiness...etc. Oh well. I've got lots of fruit at home now...gotta figure what to do with it. Fruit salad anyone? :rollseyes:

Hi. Straight juice is LOADED with the vitamins/minerals so your body can react to it esp. if it's no diluted. OH well. Recovering. :)
