How many of you buy into that one? Out in AZ, parts of CA etc, lots of folks claim oh it's not so bad cause it's a dry heat. I disagree, dry heat, wet heat, it's still frickin hot! LOL The only difference I've ever seen was the ability to breath. Since I have asthma different climates affect me differently, so for example in the valley we git jes as temapture hot as AZ does but the humidity makes the air very heavy an hard to breath. But it never feels quite as hot to me. Wind picks up an it's fine, but out in AZ it's jes hot regardless, even wit a wind blowin, it jes blows hot air. Rather annoyin. In more humid areas, like the valley, even FL etc you sweat down an stay wet an the wind blows an it's cool, but in AZ etc you sweat an before your sweat can cool you off it's evaportated. I don't buy into the dry heat bein better then wet heat mysef.
wisconsin = humid heat
but days w/ a lower dew point always feel better.
Say, are you LANDSCAPING in said heat?
I could handle 100F (40C) in Vegas a heckuva lot easier than 85F (30C) in Houston. And I've lived in Coastal Texas for 30 years.
