Title: He's In A Bad Mood....

What do you do when your DH is in a bad mood? Bad day at work, whatever...but you know the drill: he comes home & is grumpy, not talking, gets annoyed at any little thing...

Do you just give him his space? Try to get him to talk about what the problem is? Ignore him?

I give him space, back off and just shut up and do my thing. Funny thing is, when I DO that, he asks why I've been grumpy! Then I explain it to him and then he feels bad. Weird!

That's how mine is Lena...if I just "give him space" he usually ends up asking what MY problem is....but if I try to ask HIM what's wrong, I just get the "nothing" answer...short & sweet...:wall:

Wait it out. If he's not ready to talk about it, he won't. Eventually he'll come around and tell me what's wrong and then we move on.

Understand! That's me too. I don't get why mine is so volatile; life has to be pretty extreme before I forget it's not okay to lose my temper.
Ah well....
