Title: frustrating

Do you get frustrated when you feel like you don't get enough work done during the day?? Like do you look at the house and wish you could just get more done but since hubby is home you can't?

I feel like so much of my day has just flown by....And been wasted...

 Yeah...........every single freakin' DAY.

I get done what I wanted to get done regardless if DH is home.
There are days that I become lazy and go nothing but most days I get things accomplished.
Can I ask why it would matter if DH is home or not? :dunno:

Glad I'm not alone....I feel so overwhelmed...I don't know what I will do when I get all my curriculum for the next year and are homeschooling two kids full time. I know the house will go to pits, although he would say its not so great now...

I gotta go now and make cake frosting, frost a cake, bathe oldest son and shower myself....but I don't wanna!!!
Stringaling - July 24, 2007 07:21 PM (GMT)
well...I don't wanna do everything except take a shower myself...

I do what I can during the day while hubby's NOT home. Sure he tries to get all hot headed and bossy when he IS home, so then I just tell him that if he can do better, he's welcome to it. Otherwise, he can clam it up and let me do my thing. Seriously, men don't understand....not all men, anyway. Heck, mine's already telling ME what MY schedule *should* look like once I start homeschooling............BAH! That didn't last long! B)

:booyah: DH doesn't tell me to do anything. :dunno:

Actually, mine's getting better. He does have his moments tho, where I just wanna THROTTLE him. But I have to give him credit for being a "good boy" lately....

Yeah, mine tells me that I don't get everything done bedcause I'm not on a cleaning schedule...Lrolleyes: and yes, he claims that he can do better and wishes that he could stay home with the kids and have me work outside the home. Used to tell me that he would be a better homemaker than me..I just know I'd never be able to make enough money to support having been out of the workforce for nearly 5 years, so we'd suffer financially for quite a while if I were to suddenly switch places with him...

Eh, I get all my junk done during the week when he's at work, so on the weekends when he's home I'm not having to do it with him hanging over my shoulder.
Stringaling - July 25, 2007 04:37 PM (GMT)
I try my best...Our house is small and it gets cluttered in the blink of an eye...
He doesn't complain so much about it like he used to, so that is really good...Anything that helps us get along better...
Keneke - July 25, 2007 10:43 PM (GMT)
DH is home 3 days out of the 5 day work week so he see's ALL I DO :D He also see's me taking my cat naps when/if the kiddo's go down :P
I do what I can and that's all I can offer.
