Mine WAS biting my nails....now I've got acrylics and that problem is gone! lol
Guess I'll have to come up with something else! hehehe

Lip picker. Nail biting is so gross! My oldest does it all the time...hands and feet! :sick:

Lena...Andie's a lip picker, too! I'm FOREVER putting chapstick on her lips so she won't have any "hangers" on there....

I might use stalling devices in my speech, like "ok", "uhhhh...." or I'm eeriely (sp?) quiet.
