Title: Fat Clothes?
Honey - July 9, 2007 08:25 PM (GMT)
Do you girls have certain clothes you set aside for days when you're feeling fat or bloated during "that time of month"?
Altho I was wearing my bikini for most of the day, the kids kept poking fun at my bloated belly (period is due the end of the week) so I went and put on some baggy clothes to cover my "fat". :bored: I'm thinking of really upping on the cardio, too. Belly dancing has helped alot and I've lost several inches, but I think I need a tad more "oompf" to my workout. Time to abuse that ET! B)
Anyhoooooo..........I'm rambling................... :P

MY PT thinks my busting my butt on the ET herniated my back so be careful :(
I have some 'yoga' gear I wear when I'm feeling 'bloated'...

YOUCH! Uh....ok.........I'll try skipping.....? :skip:
I was on the ET for 15 minutes today. Besides sweating buckets, didn't really feel much in the muscles....

LOL. I take myself to the limit. I was trainging for my 1/2 marathon (next week which I CANNOT do thanks to my back) so that was part of it for me.
I was also running uphill on the treadmill :D
