We go out to eat a LOT.. so i clicked once a week

I also clicked "what's a date" cuase i felt like it...

We honestly try to do fun stuff pretty often
kayaking, hikes in the woods w/ the dogs, short road trips, mini golf, batting cages, stuff like that a lot

It probably averages out to once a month. We're lucky in that my in-laws will keep Andie usually whenever we want, but I feel guilty asking all the time!! :rollseyes: So once, sometimes twice, a month they'll keep her all weekend & we'll go out to eat & just hang out....

We try to go out on a date (usually dinner and a movie) once a month. Before kids, we used to go the movies every weekend. It's hard to get someone to watch both of them and money is tight right now.

But this reminds me...we do need a little time alone. Think maybe we need to go "Christmas shopping" soon. Hmmm... B)

We'll try to catch dinner, or watch a movie. Or we'll just let our daughter stay by the grandparents one night so we can have some time alone.

It's nice. I honestly wonder sometimes what married people without kids do with all their extra spare time.

I voted once a year if we're lucky and that really does describe us! I'm defining a date really loosely as two people going out alone together. The last time my husband and I went out together alone was some time in the first part of this year - so long ago I can't remember! The last time we had a night without our daughter was August 2004. Boy, are we overdue a night alone...

Well, she did move to a different department at work that has parties all the time at finer Yewsten-area restaurants, so do those count?

Just her and me -- very rare. We don't have any family within 200 miles and are still (after nearly 7 years) trying to find just the right people that we trust with our kids!

Us? I put once a year...although it's a few times a year.

Wifey only trusts her mother to watch kids...and they live 3 hours from us. We don't get to Phx to often, but when we do, we usually go out alone....

Other than that, the kids are stuck to us like glue...I don't mind because they are SO cool.

Every time we try to have a date the kids act up so we can't...

I think we might have had a date in April around my B-day, but that could just be the senility setting in....

I honestly think if we didn't have kids we'd be worse off financially. We seemed to spend money quite carelesly when we didn't have kids. Out to eat at least 3x a week, movies 2x a month, and other frivolous things!

When my ex and I were married (didn't have kids) I actually used to envy couples w/ kids bc it seemed like they were so preocupied w/ their family. After bout a yr, things got pretty boring! I was meant to have kids....in the same breath I am looking forward to them getting older so dh and I can have some more alone time B)

Our goal is to date once a week, but sometimes it's more than that (seldom), but we're usually 2-3 times a month on average.

Or, are you talking about sex? That would be a few times a week. I wish it was a few times a day every day.
