I've heard you can get headaches when you're on your period.....and every now & then I'd get one, but I just drank extra water (because of dehydration) and it seemed to take care of it.

NOT THIS TIME!!! :soapbox: I've had a near-migrane the past 2 days....drinking water like it's going out of style, taking Excedrin migraine, nothing helps.

I know I'm under a bit of stress (mom still in hospital, Andie fighting some kind of sickness) but STILL.......... :bored:

Any tips?? :dunno: :help:

May*e you need a massage? Does your neck hurt, too? Shoulders?

Last week was stressful for me, and although I didn't get headaches, I had ALOT of pain in my neck, shoulders and upper *ack. E*ercise worked for me. Got the "juices" flowing.

It's funny, this week is my PMS week, too and I've *een getting like these waves of headaches, nothing serious tho. So far. *ut I have wondered a*out these little "waves"...:dunno:

Aleve is the only thing that worked for my headaches. Now I can use Aleve (2) OR Motrin (3 of Motrin)...
Cold compress on your head might help...

It's backed off a LITTLE bit this morning, I do feel a little tightness in my one shoulder, but I think I just slept on it wrong....going to the store today and will buy Aleve, I forgot how great that stuff is!! :happy:

I should've added that using a hot water 'ottle on your neck and shoulders can help alot, too.

Funny, Aunt Flo left yesterday along with my headache.....altho I DID break down & get some Aleve, which helped ALOT in having it back off somewhat....

How's YOURS???? :P
