I hate protein suplements. I really do though becasue fo the surgery I'm supposed to be on them for life now because most likely I won't be able to consume the protein normally now.... possible, but not likely though I have to find my binder to rememeber exactly how much protein I must consume minimum each day...

Whey protein tastes gritty... though I get a kick out of the look on some of the denser customers at GNC when I have to go in and buy it "I keep getting protein is to bulk up... don't you want...." No I want this... I can't consume the amount of protein in a day that I need to on my own so I have to drink these ass nasty shakes in order to make sure my body doesn't metabolize what little muscle I actually have on my frame....


sorry just a little pissy about actually consuming hte whey protein again... taste like I'm drinking a slimfast with sand.....

I was thinkin you might be talkin bout a gall bladder surgery er the like, Sarah reminded me bout your tummy tuck, but I had no idea that sugery caused problems like what your talkin bout, I'm actually surprised, I really thought that shrinkin your stomach jes helped your body resize the thin anyways, cause they do increase an decrease etc as you fill em/live etc.

I'd havta do a bit of research on that one, I know what it's like to havta take a buncha crap everday, I'm sposed to be on countless meds daily, an I cain't member the last time I took any, I really hate takin crap, ESPICALLY, if it feels like I have a mouth full of sand er sumthin.

Well my gall bladder was taken out when I had the gastric bypass.

My meds that I used to have to take I can leave by the wayside.

My sugar has been good, my blood pressure has been much better.

I'm supposed to consume a large amount of protein, it's just difficult to take in that much protein just eating meat... it's possible, just difficult, and expensive.

Do have to drink it? Could you mix the powder in with some other food, like in pasta sauce?

If I had a non flavored powder I prolly could add it to a sauce. But Currently I have Chocolate, Cherry, Fuzzy Navel and Peach.

Might make the pasta kinda funny tasting.
