:cry: I put Phillip down for a nap yesterday morning and forgot to make sure the cord from his pulseox was out of the crib. When I went to get him up, he was all tangled up in the cord and it was wrapped around his chest and arm. It took me 10 minutes to explain to Matt what happened because I was crying so hysterically.

It's a wonder our kids survive all the screw-ups we do as parents....but they do!!

We all have our "moments". Louis and I were talking about this earlier remembering and time when Kat was a toddler and she managed to get out the front door without us knowing (bad mama and daddy were sitting at their computers!). Nothing like losing your kid out in the middle of nowhere!

There was a time when Isaiah was a baby and I'd put a sleeper on him. That boy fussed and fussed and I didn't know what was wrong. Finally I undressed him and found that there was string wrapped around his poor baby toes! His toes were already blue! :blink: I felt HORRIBLE.

After that, I went through every piece of clothing he had and snipped off every little tiny thread I saw sticking out.

I dumped my kid over in a joggin stroller one time...fortunately it was a dirt road.

I felt pretty bad....
