B - I don't really have a good answer for that, I guess it's kinda of a combination of a lot of things. First off, have you ever seen those threads where everyone on the forum photo shops the heck out of some e-tard??? Man, Some of those I've seen are just ROUGH... have you seen all the ones for that poor chunky asain kid ???? Man, his face is on Everything... it's soo wrong... but it's so funny at the same time. Not that i'm too worried about anyone HERE doing something like that. But to be honest on some of the other forums I'm in, especially magic/card related ones, there are a lot of immature people.


That's the sole reason I will never post a pic of my wife on line. If someone did that to my wife I would track him down and beat him to death. I use to have a pic of us online, but I took it down a while ago, when some immature crap started happening. It's too easy to google "4jacks" and find every forum I've ever visited.


I guess the other reason is shear laziness. I have a digital camera, but I don't have very many good pictures of me, and I'll be darned if I post up the bad ones.. lol


One thing I've been meaning to do is to film a short video w/ my showing off some card moves, and edit it up. But I don't have good software, and don't know how to use it... =\

Squat -- before you ask, "My afraid my have been forbidden to post pictures on the 'net at all." I have seen what happens and, as 4jacks said, I don't want someone photoshopping my daughter's head on some nude body. Now, my picture may be a different story, so I'll post it...

Maybe my pic won't look so bad photoshopped on a nude body...

This little tiny world of Playing Cards...
I personally can cut a deck with one hand in about 17 different ways... I am NO WHERE near, being the best in any aspect, than maybe the best on this forum.. lol

There are VERY few people who share this hobby, even fewer, who are really skilled at it, i'll try to post some of my favorite videos when i get a chance..

but anyway, most of these few skilled people, are so incrediably immature and lame, they fight with each other like croocked politicians over the stupidest things ... .

There is this HUGE war going on People who do Magic w/ Cards versus people who only do Flourishes... It's so incrediably lame and stupid I coulndn't take it any more....

Do you do any magic with cards or do you just enjoy the muscle control of manipulating a deck....

I used to have time to actually putz around with it when I was younger, and I miss it.. I did it because of my love of perfroming tricks, and manipulation is a grat way to aid in performing stupid card tricks....

Can't do any of it to save my life now... the muscles have lost the memory.. I suppose if life ever calms down I can get some of it back.. then again i can just start carrying a deck everywhere I go again and practice in the car, walking the mall..

I'm getting more into magic, there is a lot of new stuff out that is just mind blowing.

But for the most part, I've been more manipulation. I'm a pretty figgity person and having a deck of cards on hand, is always great.

Just cards or you starting in on coins too?

Don't know if you've checked them out, but Karl Fulves ahs a few really good self working card tricks, any deck any time.

Used to love those....

There was a gimmick trick out there for Color monte that I used to love too. Bicycle backs on the cards, I used to have a lot of fun with that one....

Hopefully Wife won't Kill me... we never unpacked most of my books because we just don't have room, just got news tonight loan went through and we'll be moving late next month... So If I don't find it now I will in about a month and a half...

I'll see what other card books I might have about...
