I'm a huge fan of grillin'. I've been doing it 3-4 times a week since I got my grill in August. I'll grill anything. My wife normally does up my marinades but I've been wanting to take that over. She does a really great one with some of my scotch...

You guys have any good ones?

Yeah I do... but I'd havta git everthin out the cabenit so's I'd know how to spell it LOL

For steaks er chicken... spose you could do it wit anythin, but it's gotta set for a good two days to be any good.

I hate this stuff, but it makes for good eatin in miranade.

I use a healthy does of that wistersister sauce stuff, a ton of fujita seasonin, dump in a good amount of garlic, ton of black pepper an a healthy servin of salt. Ever once in a while I'll through in seasoned salt, seems to do better on the chicken breats though. I've actually never grilled chicken wit that miranande before... oughta give it a try I spose.

I've got a pork shoulder marinating as it thaws right now. 1/2 c cider vinegar and 1 c brown sugar. Awesome marinade! (I never would've thunk it, but my MIL turned me on to this one.)
