Well hellfire and damnation.....

Outlook - Can't surf to any folder than inbox... it'll go to other folders than flash right back before I have a chance to do anything....

Windows Explorer - Same thing I can go to any folder I want via command line but if I try to surf further from there the folder bounces righ back to the "Original" folder that the window opened to.

IE - Same thing I can go to any site I want via command line but if I try to surf away it bounces right back...

It's not my AD permissions, I'm fine on any other box... other users are fine.... (not sure about other users trying to use my box though....)

I've done a complete power cycle, I scanned with Spybot, and Adaware.... found a few items fixed / cleaned still same issue... Doing a Virus scan right now Avira (found it on Major Geeks) I'm gonna try AVG after Avira Completes (also free from Major Geeks)

Seems like a Malware / Virus issue, but I'm thinking it might be a geeked reg key too....

Any theories (I've already blown 4.5 hours on this today... and I'm not sure when the boys in back can doa reimage for me they've been busting tale here of late)

Man, after 4.5 hours - I'd fdisk the baby and start over....Unless, you have some data you need off - but you should be able to get it copied to a network drive or cd via command line.

I'm just hoping it's corrupted data and not viral data....

The only thing I'm really worrying about is infecting a new system if it's viral....

They're reimaging me a new machine now....

But this still pisses me off that I can't figure what's going down....

Figured out the issue....

Mouse....

It's my wirelss mouse from home... the "Back" button was jammed in... therefore everytime I go forward I immediately go back... unjammed mouse it's working aces....

Five hours over a jammed freaking mouse.....
