Title: Romance for the low cash flow....
rasplundjr - February 20, 2007 10:32 PM (GMT)
Lately I've been ignoring part of my husbandly duties.... The romance...
Don't get me wrong we've been getting frisky, and perfroming the end results of the romance... I've just been more thana little lax in the romance side... I'm not real big onteh whole flowers to represent my love because they wither and die fairly quickly.... and that just creeps me the hell out... but I've been really frustrated lately with bills, and the comute so I keep forgetting to be nice and romantic with her....
What are some more romantic things I can do for Misty (rememebr I'm on a tight budget) I wan tto do something so that she rememebrs that I find ehr sexy, and that I find HER sexy....
She often worries that my eye will wander,a dn I don't really think I have any reason for my eyes to wander... but that's anotehr post for another day....

Once the kids are in bed, plan a seduction thing.....candles, music, masssage, the works. Plant a note someplace she'll find it when you leave work in the morning, so she can be thinking about it all day.
Buy a card (WalMart and even Hallmark has cute ones for 99 cents) and drop it in the mail to her, or hide it in her underwear drawer.
You're a great writer, write her a poem, or just a heartfelt letter telling how much you love her.
Can you re-live your first date somehow? Even if you re-create it somehow at your house.
Just some ideas off the top of my head....trust me, any effort on your part will make her swoon!! ;)

If you leave for work before she gets up have post-it notes stuck around the house for her to find with little love notes on them.

Good Ideas... Just gotta plan for a night that I'm awake later than the kids....
First date was just driving around... never made the movie spent the entire time talking and driving.....
Poetry... I gotta see if I can come up with some non-morbid.....
Not discounting your suggestions, they're ones that I think about from time to time....
Once the finances level off I want to somewhat recreate teh night we met. Sadly I need cash for that because we met at a group outing where we went to a fairly pricey Italian Eatery and went to see a movie....

I don't know...
Putting your cold feet in her thighs in the middle of the night has ALWAYS been a heartfelt way for me to tell her that I love her.

Doesnt' work... she's snuggled tight against me for warmth... she's ice cold and I'm a furnace.....
Takes about a half hour before I can use my right arm correctly each day....

Go for walks together. Hold her hand.
If it is freezing outside, do it at a mall.

Oh, that's a way of showing love, is it? :lena: My hubby does it to me all the time. I'm hot stuff while he's the icicle...
Lately, we've been taking hot baths together to warm us BOTH up, then get to bed. :eyebrows:

How does he fit in your bathtub? His legs hangin' over the end?

We take showers together......
Next time she's taking a shower, Raspy, surprise her by joining her and offering to wash her :quote: back :quote: :eyebrows:
