I didn't want to do it I didn't want to submit to comcast again but I did.
As of Friday I'll be part of Comcasts triple play....
eh faster than my DSL... and I get TV back.....

We had Time Warner, they're in the process of switching over to Comcast.....our box has been a mess for MONTHS!!!!!!!!! :wall:
But as soon as we get the new packages and pricing info, I want to check out their DSL prices as well.....

If you're talking Internet... I can't quite afford to get that T1 line installed yet....
If your talking TV.... I hate missing half a show because of cloud cover....

Especially here during rainy season when every single day you get thunderstorms and then can't watch anything on tv.....
Not to mention that during a hurricane OR tropical storm cable is the first to come back online, satellite coverage is practically nil.

T1 speed DSL.....the only way to fly.
Can't get it at my new house though...had to get the slower 256k. They say they'll have it soon though.
Cable downloads are GREAT...if you have your own dedicated line (pshaw, right)

Actually I had so much LESS trouble with my cable connection at my parents and even my old apartment than I have had with DSL... then again I have had just an assload of problems with verizon period.

How pricey is that?
Cable is more than double (for internet) than DSL here...

All combined all three services will run my $105.19 maybe a $1.50 more including taxes surcharges (least taht's what they tell me.
Unlimited Long Distance, Cable, and Internet connectoin roughly 6X faster than my DSL.
I was paying about 80ish a month for phone and internet.
20 bux more and I get TV now too.... in a year if the prices dont' hike, I'll be paying about 50 bux more for all three services....
