2498 square feet on about 1/5 acre. I'd gladly trade house size for lot size.
When I lived in Pahrump, we had 2.5 acres and a 75' double-wide.

Heh... I live in an apartment that is like 690 sq. feet... but I have a laundry room and underground parking... which is a GREAT addition for Minnesota winters!

Nah. I lived there when Pahrump was small - ~2500 people. Now it's over 30,000!
When I lived there the biggest attraction was the Chicken Ranch.
When I lived there the entire community would get together for the major holidays.
My sixth-grade teacher's wife was Jonnie Wines (shut down the Chicken Ranch).
Uh, no Art Bell, though. And I'm not so sure I'd want to know him. He's kinda freaky (like most of the folks in Pahrump!)
Side note: Pahrump was the first place blown up in Mars Attacks!

I just built 1300 ranch with another 900 living walkout on 1 acre. My basement isn't finished yet only framed in. I plan to finish it after school. 2 years.
