What do you do when your penis and balls get out of place and you are in public?
I usually look for the nearest restroom so I can make the adjustments. However I have seen many guys adjust themselves out in public ; some even putting their hands down their pants to make the corrections!
What do you guys think and do?

I'm with you. I hide and take care of it. Even at home ('course I have two daughters and no sons, so...)

Depends how out of alignment they get....
Mild irritant.. find private place even if it's behind a dumpster.....
If all the sudden it's like a painful unalignment... I don't care who see's me adjust... it's getting done NOW!!!!
Luckily I've only had like 3 MUST DO NOW adjustments in my life so far....
Also if it's just a mild shift that I can do without even having to pause or slow my stride I just do it... the benefit of wearing a trenchcoat

Unless I'm at my school I just do it where ever I am. I seem to do it all the time at the gym. My wife has commented about it being a problem.
