Do any guys post on here? I'm a gym rat (I assume with a name like squat he is too) and I've been doing this program for the last 4 weeks and I can't tell you how awesome it's been. I'm really loving it. I feel bigger than I have in a long time and I'm actually leaning up a bit at the same time.
If you are a big lifter and are looking for something different check this out!

Yeah, crap and all....who needs it? :fan:
It's actually pretty cool (sorry gals, no videos or aerobics here) and it is pretty hard. I haven't power-lifted like this since high school. It's amazing how much lifting heavier and heavier weights can motivate you to keep going. I lift with my little brother who is a personal trainer and who can lift a bit more than me in upper body (I lift more with lower) and we really push each other. My hands are hurting because of last night's forearm workout! I teach and am normally on my feet all day but after last night's leg work out, today has been a sitting day! My legs still quake under my desk! Even though it is a power lifting program I am seeing a lot more definition in my muscle. It's pretty awesome!
