When I was running Linux, there was a great graphics program called The GIMP. It can do everything Photoshop can do, for free! So, when I reluctantly went back to Windows, I searched for it and couldn't find it. Now, there's a GIMP for Windows! Check it out at http://gimp-win.sourceforge.net/
