I've got a final next week in my Cisco class...I really need to study.
I won't be "post-4jacking" like I usually do....but will so off an on.
I'll try to check in every so often to make sure you guys are toe'n the line though.

Never spent the money on certification classes or tests. Maybe that explains why I'm now a stay-at-home dad...

nah...I'm in the Cisco Academy now...
I won't test for the CCNA until May...
I might test for my MCP (70-270) sometime soon though...depends on this possible promotion at work. If I get it, I probably won't go for the MCP.

I gotta get off my duff...
Indiana will drop $4K for me to get training, if I want to go through the three ring circus....
That'll pay for a couple small certs, or my certified Ethical hacker, and maybe most of my Hacker Forensics courses I want to take....
Maybe try to move over to security instead of helpdesk type stuff...

I did net security...
I'm hoping to someday improve to a company that will proved some ca$h for training...gotta do all this on my own...
my long term goals are CCNP and CCSP.

A fellow help desker! I'm A+ certified - have taken a class for Net+ but haven't taken the exam yet.
I'm not sure what I want to do - therefore - still on helpdesk. I actually have no problem doing H/D work.

I don't mind HD but I feel that I'm wasting my time and skills.... It's a really easy gig, but if I'm not advancing I'm wasting.... so I want to at least get mroe skills and find a way not to let my current skills atrophy....

Yeah - this gig is really easy. But I'm finding that it pays more than most others. Odd. I'm looking for a H/D Lvl 2 or 3 with some desktop support. The job I just interviewed for is just that - so..I'm prayin'.

I'd love an actual Level 2 or 3 gig.... I'd love a decent paying gig..... We're 15-20K beleow what the Mean is for our area.....
Still the best paying gig I've had to date though...
