Tat is a good compromise, though like the previous poster said you can get it resized.

Tou might want to go get a leather thong from Walmart to wear around your neck and when you go to lift take the ring off put it on the thong and put it around your neck until you finish out, this way you won't lose it.

My wife gets mad at me because if I do anything near a drain, my ring is on other side of room, or on my dresser so I don't lose it, this also goes fro if I'm working inside a PC case that's all I need it to hit that against a capacitor.

I've forgotten to put my ring back on twice... once we'd been married only a few days, and I was read the riot act. I can't remember the other time, it wasn't too long after the first and I had her bring it to me at work.

Though she's forgotten hers too... the best was at a grocery store, she'd keep coming next to me huggin on my arm, I kept turning to her brandishing my ring saying loudly.. "Hey lady I'm maried, I love my wife very much I don't need some strange chick coming up getting all lovey on me" I so got my butt kicked when we got home....

It's true about the titanium. If it gets too small....they have to cut it off. :|

Either get it enlarged or put it on a necklace.....like everyone else has said already. :)

Yup it's true.

Titanium is avery hard metal to cut. If they need to remove the ring to save your life and can't cut it they will just take the finger.

Medics do some wierd things that don't make sense, and Doctors too... But if the finger becomes damaged and they cannot get the ring off to fix said finger the damage could lead to blood poisoning or gangrene which is why they would take it...

If something crimps it to your hand you're not going to be able to just cut it off with a ring cutter, Finger goes....

When I lifted I had to take off my ring too - but usually put it right back on when I was done.

Some day I will have my tats....
