I was reading "It came from within" by Andy Stanley last night and thought of you guys. The book deals with guilt, anger, greed and jealousy. He teaches four exercises to help you find the source of these feelings and deal with them so that you don't have to suffer from these spiritual symptoms any more. It was the anger part that made me think of you guys. His biblical references and simple daily exercises in prayer and forgiveness are awesome.
It's a pretty fast read, so if you guys get a chance, read it!

I got on hcpl.net to see if I could put it on hold. It's in the system, but not in stock. I found it in the search, but it's not on the shelves anywhere. They told me I could either request they buy it, or an interlibrary loan. For both of those, I have to go to my local branch in person. :( No car. Rain. 12 miles to nearest branch. :(
I'll do it next weekend. :dunno:

Yeah, maybe we should add A2J to the subject line...although it's honestly for any of us. It was just the anger part really made me think of you guys. The way the author shows us how anger is planted and grows in us is something I've never really thought about. Oh, and the Greed thing...ugh, that hurt.
