Title: Running

Honey - October 15, 2006 10:09 PM (GMT)
After many compliments from my family last weekend (long story...may post it in my Update), I've been thinking about running. With all the stress and stuff going on here, I think it might be of benefit and a stress reliever.

Anyone wanna join me? :bounce:

oooh, I would love to. But I can't. Not now. Maybe once I'm down 20 lbs. or so I'll give it a shot.

I only run when chased... no I don't... I'd only die tired then.....

Seriously though I might start running when I don't have an additional adult human on my frame right now would be too rough on the joints.... I'm walking more and more to build up my endurance for if and when (really big IF) I decide to run......

Running is for Chasing, (usually Ice Cream Trucks.....) or when you're too scared to worry about dieing tired......

Though I could actually move pretty well back when I was at the factory (more than a few people were surprised to see my large frame bolting trhough the plant at speeds they never thought me capable of..... then 5+ years behind a desk kinda killed that I can still move if I have too just not very far or very long)

I think I really need to build up my cardio strength. If I run my chest hurts and I get really out of breath. Seriously weak in the cardio area here....

Oh how I miss runnin. When I was a wee bit younger then I am now I ran 6 miles a day. 3 in the mornin 3 at night, did it for years, my legs looked so HOT! hehe I miss em so badly. But I was goin to join Naval OTS. Was goin to be a piolt off a ship, was goin to command a carrier one day. Then.... recruiters seen my medical files. I was literally laughed out of ever place I went to. My medical files looked like some nasty booger headed punk kids rap sheet. So I pretty much gave it up.

Tried to start runnin agin couple years back, didn't go over to well. An of course... now all I do is sit in a frickin seat all day an then when I am home, bust my butt on everthin else.

How I'd like to run like the wind agin.....................

I run daily. Our house has a huge square hall that the kids love to run in. They stop when I do, so there are times when I'm stuck chasing them. One day I'm gonna put a lock on the kitchen door...
