I did my balance ball ab work (30 minutes) and my Beach Body Thin Thighs (7 minutes). I'm planning to do cardio after I get Bubba on the bus.

I drove the kids to the YMCA, dropped the oldest off for homeschool PE and the youngest at the nursery. Then I sat and drank coffee and chatted with my 88 year old buddy Carl for an hour.

Well I justfinished my hula cardio and before i started I gave my daughter one of my MIB ten year old Hula Hair barbies9gotta do something with them) and this is a really cute doll..Pink hair down to the heels and a glittery grass skirt...well anyway by the end of the 25 minute video the doll's hair is ratted and nasty!!!! I told her that I'm taking the doll away for the rest oif the day and I will fix the hair and she is NEVER to treat her stuff like this again. I gott teach her to take care of her things :nono:

I did a half hour with Fit Tv this morning (cardio), and when Andie's down for her rest I plan on doing some abs/arms/etc.


Do you guys want to do a weekly "pounds lost" post?

Umm today so far nil... in a couple of hours though I have to chase two kids and a wife through a Grocery store and Walmart... will that count?

Well until I can get a scale that reads up to 500 or at least 450 I can't do a pounds lost post....

Got some 5 lb barbells today did some curls with those.
Got a Resistance band kit did a couple different Exercises with those
Got a jump rope with weighted handles did about 3 sets of 15 with that and damne near gae myself a heart attack I forgot how much jumping rope tires me out.....


Walked all over walmart and the grocery store.

Need to find my little hand grip thingy.....

I had every intention of working out this morning but it was a morning when things were just stacked against me, everything was going wrong! Finally got everything straightened away, so now I'm giving my brain (and BP) a rest & vegging on the computer....

I WILL workout this afternoon, tho....don't want my exercise buddies to show me up!! :box:

IF walking the kids to school counts then I have to agree that trapsing around walmart has to count too. Especially when I go with my hub,. He will stay in that store and go up and down practically every aisle...

I'm so pumped! I THOUGHT I remembered something on our PayPer View channels about exercising....so I went & checked it out today and sure enough, there's a whole "Exercise TV" channel...the best thing? It's FREE!! :booyah:

So I worked about 15 minutes doing abs & butt, then I found a bunch of Leslie Sansone's walking workouts, so I found one & did that as well....

Total of 30 minutes workout....:step:

Walked to school and back...slow since I was with Sean, but I was moving. I walk back to school later, alone to get the kids, so that will be quicker. Total of 2 miles by the end of the day.

I did my 30 minute Leslie Sansone Walk/Kick plus my 7 minute Beach Body Thin Thighs work out.

I'm scared of resistance bands. Are they like really big rubber bands that you pull on?? Is it possible for one to break?? That would relly hurt..

Spoke with DH last night, we're going to join the Y. Yipee!!

I have a friend who's a coach and former 2 time Olympic athlete. I'm going to see if I can get her to come with me one day and set up a program. I really want to add strength training to my routine. I know it will make a HUGE difference for me.

Yeah it's possible, but if you take care of the bands it's not likely.

None to speak of yesterday, today went to the playground with Andie & pushed her on the swings, so at least my arms got a workout! :cool:

OK, nothing Friday or Saturday. No excuses. I spent WAY too much time online Friday. Then I worked Friday night and most of Saturday. I'm fried...and I'm eating oatmeal/raisin/cranberry/chocolate chip cookies!

Working on Computers Saturday then had to go make swords at my sister's for a Halloween Party on this Coming Saturday....

Wrestling with Pool Noodles and trying to fit them over PVC is a workout trust me.....


Sunday was ill didn't bother with anything, still blah today but we'll see what happens....

After my TWO POUND weight GAIN at my weigh-in this morning.... :bored: :wall: ...I'm back on the exercise wagon with a vengeance...

Did a "pumped up" 2-mile walk today, so that's 30 min of cardio...:thumbsup:
